Für den Informationsaustausch mit unseren Unternehmenskunden nutzen wir aktuell verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, was die Nachverfolgbarkeit und die Bündelung von Informationen erschwert. Bei der Ansprache passiv wechselwilliger Kandidaten ist Einfachheit und Schnelligkeit Trumpf. Unsere Nutzer müssen uns und die Unternehmen deshalb z.B. auch per WhatsApp erreichen können. Unser IT-System soll sich deshalb quasi auch zu einer “Kommunikationsmaschine” weiterentwickeln.
Auf Basis von Spring Boot und ReactJS bilden wir heute bereits einige Anforderungen dieser Kommunikation ab. Wir sehen aber auch, dass wir immer filigranere Prozessschritte und Informations-Puzzleteile ergänzen müssen, damit Kandidaten und Firmen ohne Medienbrüche in Kontakt kommen können. Bei der Weiterentwicklung des Backends stellen sich uns auch strategische Fragen zur Datenhaltung, die Stand heute in MySQL erfolgt. Ist denn die Einbindung mittels JPA und Hibernate und die klassische Erweiterung von REST-Schnittstelle der richtige Weg, um flexibel genug auf Änderungen in den Kommunikationsflüssen reagieren zu können? Welcher Architektur-Ansatz sorgt dafür, dass angepasste Prozesse nicht die Zuverlässigkeit der Systemgesamtheit gefährden – vielleicht sogar ergänzt um ein geeignetes Prozess-Monitoring?
Wie würdest du einen nachvollziehbaren Kommunikationsprozess implementieren? Wie schaffen wir es, diese Abläufe vollkommen zu automatisieren, um unser Skalierungspotenzial auszuschöpfen?
