Als junges und schnell wachsendes Unternehmen stand für uns die Produktvermarktung an erster Stelle. Die »JobChallenge« steht – unser Konzept funktioniert. Nun wollen wir den Fokus auf das Unternehmen selbst richten, indem wir „whyapply“ als Marke in den Köpfen unserer Kunden und User verankern und uns auch weiterhin mit unserem USP von anderen abheben.
Bislang hatten wir hauptsächlich die Kennzahlen und KPIs für unsere JobChallenges im Blick. Für die Entwicklung unserer Marketingstrategie müssen wir in einer größeren Dimension denken. Das Matching zwischen Corporate Identity und Design ist dabei nur ein Faktor, den es zu managen und voranzubringen gilt. Zudem muss die Marketingpolitik flexibel und dynamisch sein, um mit den Marktveränderungen mithalten zu können.
Mit dem richtigen Arrangement aus digitaler Performance sowie Auftritt auf Messen und Events wollen wir unseren Bekanntheitsgrad steigern. Daher sind wir auf der Suche nach kreativen Ansätzen, um „whyapply“ erfolgreich zu vermarkten und als eigenständige Marke im Recruiting Business zu etablieren.
Unsere Vision ist es zum Top-of-Mind in Sachen »JobChallenge« und »passiv wechselwillige Kandidaten« zu werden. Welche Methodiken und Techniken stehen hierfür auf der Roadmap deines Teams, um die digitale Marketingstrategie für unsere Marke bestmöglich umzusetzen?
